Subscription or a one-off pack

The internal unit of account, 1 credit ≈ 1 ₽. Before a request an estimate is held; after the answer the actual price reported by the provider is charged and the rest of the hold is returned at once. Under every answer you see what it cost.

On fast models (Gemini Flash, GPT-4o-mini, DeepSeek) usually 1 credit. On flagships (GPT-5, Claude Sonnet, Gemini Pro) from 3 to a few dozen, depending on the length of the conversation. An image is 10–65 credits by quality, research 25–40. Before an expensive step the price is shown in advance.

The estimate is a hold, and it is always a little higher. What is charged is the actual cost of the tokens at the provider's rate. Reasoning models spend more tokens than you see in the answer, so their price is higher for the same text.

Nothing is charged: the hold is returned in full if the provider returned an error or an empty answer. In "Auto" the request goes to another model by itself.

Credits from one-off packs do not expire. Subscription credits last while the subscription is active; when it ends, the pack balance stays.

A subscription adds credits every month at the lowest price and gives priority in the bot's queue; renewal can be switched off at any moment, and the credits for the paid month stay. A pack is a one-off purchase with no commitment; the larger the amount, the cheaper the credit.

An answer does not start until the balance covers its hold: you see how much is missing and a top-up button. Nothing is lost; after topping up you continue from the same place.

Spent credits are not refunded: the service for them has been rendered, and an inaccurate or unlucky answer is a property of AI, not a defect. If a charge was our fault (a double charge, an outage, a paid feature that was unavailable) we return the credits or the money. An unspent balance is refunded on request to support less the costs actually incurred, as article 32 of the Consumer Protection Act requires. If a payment did not complete, no money is taken at all. A promo code is entered in your account. A referral link gives 10% of an invited friend's first payment, and the friend +5% on their first purchase. Cashback grows with the tier: Bronze 3%, Silver 5%, Gold 8%, Platinum 10% — paid in credits with every payment.

A receipt arrives by email after every payment — it is issued by "Moy Nalog". The services are VAT-exempt and no VAT invoice is issued. For companies and sole traders we prepare an invoice and an act of service: write to support, give your details and the amount you need.
