What we sell
Access to the Arkheon service: credits for requests to the models (packs and top-ups of any amount) and monthly plans. All prices are in rubles, on the page Pricing.
Payment and delivery
Pick a pack or a plan on the Pricing page and pay by bank card or through SBP. Payments are processed by ЮKassa and Robokassa.
The service is provided online, there is nothing to deliver: credits appear on the balance right after payment, and a plan starts the same minute. The receipt from «Мой налог» comes by email.
Refunds
Credits already spent are not refunded: the service for each request has been provided. If a charge happened through our fault (a double charge, a service failure, an accounting error), we return the credits or the money on a request to support, within 10 working days. If you withdraw from the contract, the unspent balance is returned the same way you paid. A plan can be cancelled at any time and runs to the end of the paid month.
